主讲人简介：

Prof. Vinay Tergaonkar received his Ph.D. from National Center for Biological Sciences, India in 2001. From 2001 to 2005, he carried on his postdoc. research in the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, USA. In 2005, he joined Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IMCB) as an assistant professor,  and promoted to an associate professor in 2010. His research interest is mainly on  the inflammation and tumorigenesis, especially in the deregulated activity of the transcription factor NFkB . His group has published around 40 research papers, including on Cell (2), Cancer Cell (2), Nature Cell Biology (4), Molecular Cell (2) and PNAS (1), and one review on Nature Reviews Drug Discovery.  He also is the editorial board member of  several peer-reviewed journals.
